About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced NEC Supervisor to join our team and ensure the successful delivery of projects in line with NEC contract standards. As an NEC Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing construction quality, compliance, and site supervision to maintain the highest standards of safety and workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
* Site Supervision: Conduct regular inspections and monitor site activities to ensure compliance with NEC contract requirements, quality standards, and project specifications.
* Quality Assurance: Verify that all work aligns with the approved design and quality guidelines, and proactively address any non-compliance issues.
* Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records, including daily reports, site logs, and documentation of any defects or quality concerns.
* Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with contractors, project managers, and design teams to support smooth project execution, provide updates, and address potential delays or risks.
* Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all site activities adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven experience as a Supervisor, Clerk of Works, or similar role on NEC-managed projects.
* Strong understanding of NEC contract standards and quality control processes.
* Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to upholding quality standards.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.
* Relevant qualifications in engineering, construction management, or a related field.

Pay: £26.00-£29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 7.5 – 40 per week
Schedule:
* 8 hour shift
