Client Service Executive
Location: Northampton
Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 DOE
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30-5:00
Are you someone that excels in communication and managing client relationships? We have a great opportunity for an account manager to join a market-leading, family-run business in Northampton. Key Duties:
1. Service both existing and new clients to a high standard.
2. Develop and prepare documents, and accurately proofread documents.
3. Set up estimating files upon receipt of enquiries, both electronically and on paper, completing any further filing.
4. Convert schedules of works and specifications, including typing out and formatting documents.
5. Answer incoming telephone calls, taking messages or redirecting as appropriate.
6. Undertake any other general support and administration duties.
7. Provide support and assistance to colleagues and the accounts team.
8. Perform clerical and administrative duties.
9. Support and assist the Operations Manager and Managing Director when required.
The Ideal Candidate:
1. Experience in a sales/account management capacity.
2. Excellent communicator and able to build and maintain excellent working relationships.
3. Well-rounded organisational and communication skills.
4. Versatile, with strong time-keeping skills.
5. Used to working in a fast-paced environment.
6. Highly organised and able to plan and prioritise.
7. Computer literate.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate with both clients and colleagues.
9. First-class time management skills.
10. Practical team player with a hands-on style.
