Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored support to pupils with varying needs, fostering their academic and personal growth. Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons. Help create a safe and nurturing environment where students can thrive. Collaborate with staff, parents, and external professionals to support students' development. Monitor and record students’ progress, providing feedback to teachers and contributing to planning. Requirements: CACHE Level 3 qualification Previous experience working with children in an educational setting. A proactive and compassionate approach to supporting students. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
