We are looking for a new member to join our VCSE Sector Support team in the following position: Volunteering Innovation Manager Do you care passionately about volunteering? Have you seen the personal and career benefits that volunteering gives people? Do you believe that everyone, whatever their age or circumstances, should have the opportunity to benefit from volunteering? Perhaps you have first-hand experience that gives you particular insights. You will be part of the Volunteer Centre team and lead a new partnership project, with Norfolk & Waveney Integrated Care Board, to create volunteering opportunities for people experiencing health inequality. The initial focus will be building partnerships with VCSE organisations that support adults with learning disabilities, autism or other neurodiversity, and looked-after children. The emphasis will be on trialling and learning from new approaches to volunteer engagement rather than being target-driven. We are looking for an organised and energetic self-starter who is a natural communicator and has experience of the VCSE sector at grassroots level. Plus a track-record in partnership building, co-production approaches, inclusive engagement and effective evaluation techniques.
