As an Associate Applications Engineer, you’ll thrive on working with colleagues in the application support team, other IDS teams, business areas and third-party suppliers to undertake application support activities as defined in the IDS Application Management Core Service Offering document.

As an Associate Applications Engineer, you will bring to the role:
* Responsibility for supporting, managing and maintaining a single application or a suite of applications. You will make sure applications are available within service level agreements and are working to design.
* Maintenance of software levels and the security of the applications and carry out activities in incident, problem, change and configuration management and continual service improvement processes.
