Position: Head Concierge
Location: London Square Putney, London, SW15 2TJ
Working Hours: 4 days on, 4 days off 0700 – 1900
Salary: £34,000 - £37,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Development Details:
This role will be based at London Square Putney, a high-end residential development located a short walk away from East Putney underground station or Putney railway station. The development consists of 113 residential apartments and benefits from an onsite car park and resident’s podium.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
As a Head Concierge at Rendall & Rittner, you will:
Act as the most senior onsite manager responsible for the operational running of the estate, ensuring high site standards and the deliverance of exceptional customer service and the implementation of SOPs.
Managing the front desk in a hands-on role, this includes concierge duties such as managing parcels, issuing keys, responding to resident queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Carrying out health and safety inspections, daily audits, plant room checks and reporting as required. Also, ensuring any action points are attended to in a timely manner.
Leading the onsite team, ensuring policies and procedures are being followed. Providing any additional support with training, development, guidance and reporting any issues to the relevant parties.
Managing the onsite team to include appraisals, one to ones, performance management, training and development and any other staffing matters as required.
Overseeing contractors and ensuring Permits to Work are correctly completed and accompanied by Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
Ensure the estate meets all Health and Safety Standards including cleanliness.
Liaise with residents and contractors regarding routine repair and maintenance requests. Monitor work to completion.
Undertake the general duties as required by management and in accordance with industry best practise.
