Working pattern: Term time only (39 Weeks)
Hours: 28 hours per week pro rata for 39 weeks per year

The Role
Drumbeat School is currently recruiting for an Annual Review Lead and Admin Assistant. As part of the role, you will be required to work at any of our sites. We offer a supportive work environment with a great staff team that provides guidance, friendship, and fun. Drumbeat is a state-of-the-art special school for children with Autistic Spectrum Disorders (ASD) from ages 4 to 19, based over three sites in Turnham, Brockley, and Downham.
Drumbeat is recognized as an outstanding hub for ASD support in Lewisham, taking a leading role in providing outreach support for children and their families in mainstream schools and Early Years Centres. We continually strive to develop our work with pupils, parents, carers, and the local community through our Outreach team and the training we offer. The school is committed to being a Centre of Excellence, with a vision for staff to work in trans-disciplinary ways to meet the needs of children and young people, placing them and their families at the center of our efforts.
What qualities are we looking for?
1. A competent administrator who can compile and process the programme of annual reviews for all our students.
2. Good communication skills when dealing with all parties involved in the annual review programme.
3. A good standard of English and Maths qualification at GCSE level or above.
4. The ability to work independently or as part of a team.
