About the role
We are looking for a passionate Copywriter to join the Boots Digital Experience team across boots.com/.ie websites. You will use your copy skills and content management system (CMS) expertise to write and create assets and pages, delivering the best customer experience to support our trading and marketing plans. This includes working on a range of campaigns across category pages, service pages, promotions, hub pages, SEO copy, and more.
What you’ll need to have
These are the essential skills or experience needed to succeed in this role:
1. Digital copy production and build of campaign assets for Boots.com UK and ROI sites for specific business areas (i.e. departments, like beauty or healthcare).
2. Own your category areas and work collaboratively with the designers, eCommerce teams, and brands to deliver against marketing and campaign briefs across shop pages, content, and events.
3. Ensure assets are in line with our digital copy guidelines and the Boots brand, and fully integrated with marketing campaigns.
4. Deliver digital projects, from brief to live, as required.

These are desirable skills or experience and are not essential:
1. Experience using a CMS (Adobe Experience Manager would be ideal).
2. Digital copy skills and experience of writing short form copy for a commercial site.
3. Basic understanding of SEO best practice and tools.
4. Customer-focused with high attention to detail.
5. Experience following a style guide (or similar) to ensure a consistent tone of voice.
6. The ability to be flexible in a fast-paced environment and reactive to changing promotions, including amending assets and customer journeys.
7. Excellent organisation and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
