Website Manager, Birmingham, to £35k This established and successful company now has an opening within their Digital Department for an experienced Website Manager. Working out of the company’s headquarters you will be joining a warm and friendly team and will be responsible for: ·Develop and maintain content calendar. ·Oversee website uploads and landing pages development ·Creating, communicating and implementing a strategy to further increase sales and profit for the company website. ·Identify ways to further increase brand awareness and improve conversion rates. ·Providing insight to optimise product and price point mix across a wide catalogue of products. ·Developing and overseeing eCommerce-focused digital marketing strategies. ·Research market to discover new trends and technologies to improve digital performance. ·Analyse data to deliver data driven strategies to deliver top performance and achieve KPIs. ·Customer database management and communication using various channels. Requirements: ·Prior experience in a similar Website Management role. ·Proficiency in Google Analytics and Meta. ·Understanding of UX, web design, customer flow and web analysis. ·Knowledge Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver and Illustrator would be advantageous. ·Confidence in traffic analysis, reporting tools and optimisation. ·Experience of website speed optimisation, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimisation, traffic analysis and reporting tools. ·Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
