Salary: £416.65 - £465 Per Week
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Full time, Temporary to Permanent)

The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will support pupils with Learning Disabilities and Challenging behaviours to help them achieve their educational goals. You will assist and encourage young adults to participate in all school activities, including physical activities, lessons, and crafts. The young people you will work with may have needs such as autism, developmental language disorder, speech and language difficulties, SEMH, EBD, ADHD, PMLD, SLD, and moderate learning difficulties. This role can be very rewarding for someone looking to make a positive impact on a young person’s life.

Requirements
* Previous experience of working with behaviours that challenge is highly desirable
* An enhanced DBS registered to the update service or the willingness to apply for one
* The ability to work on initiative and proactively
* The desire to work with young people with special educational needs
* A driving licence and car or accessible public transport links
* Available Monday to Friday
