Job Description
Red Bull Advanced Technologies are seeking an experienced Production & Workflow Coordinator to ensure our business operations run smoothly. This role is responsible for managing the workflow process and coordinating the Production Control functions to ensure a clear and unambiguous strategy, maximising efficiency, and ultimately achieving project success.
Your responsibilities:
1. Process the Epicor PM workflow and translate all project requirements by loading quantities, Material Required Dates (MRDs), and call-off strategy into the Buyer/Controller workflow screens.
2. Ensure the Parts & Logistics Group is aware of all issues or obsolescence, and that any such parts or assemblies fulfil the appropriate stock actions.
3. Work closely with the Programme Management function to understand project requirements, confirm resource availability, and predict future load.
4. Ensure released Bill of Material meets expectations of structure and content to ensure accurate job creation.
5. Review and approve Project Tracking System (PTS) requests.
6. Chair short daily workflow meetings, presenting the latest design releases.
7. Work closely with the RBAT Team Leaders to understand and manage workload and deliverables with their resource/capacity, ensuring the manufacturing business system is kept live and accurate.
8. Liaise with the Manufacturing/Assembly Groups & Production Controllers when department capacity is reached to reschedule/outsource tasks, avoiding any delay to the delivery schedule.
Essential Competencies:
1. Have extremely high attention to detail.
2. Demonstrate strong leadership skills.
3. Ability to problem solve in a high-pressure environment.
4. Good communication skills (with various departments across the company).
5. Demonstrate a high level of technical knowledge of composite, mechanical & hydraulic assemblies including the ability to interpret technical drawings and follow manufacturing and assembly processes and procedures.
6. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, and experience of using electronic business systems.
