Your new roleThey are commissioned to run Family Hub service for the local council's Early Help team. As the Family Help Team Manager, you will provide visionary leadership and management to ensure the success and continuous improvement of the Family Hub services.
* Lead the Family Help Team to achieve success, accountability, and continuous improvement, meeting performance indicators and business strategies outlined in the SLA from the council.
* Allocate work, manage, and supervise practitioners and volunteers to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality service.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for service improvement, ensuring children have the best start in life.
