As our new Digital Data & Implementation Specialist, you’ll have a major impact on helping us achieve our goal. You’ll deliver data and insights to stakeholders to drive business decisions across both the Jet2.com and Jet2holidays brands. You’ll develop a strong understanding of ‘All things Web’, from the technical elements of tracking site activity to understanding customer behaviour, interpreting the results and communicating the insights.

What you’ll be doing:
* You’ll engage with stakeholders to understand priorities and support on answering ad-hoc queries.
* You’ll take full ownership of setting up, reporting and evaluation of marketing performance, traffic analysis, conversion analysis, customer behaviour analysis and competitor analysis.
* You’ll be supporting key pro-active initiatives such as forecasting customer demand and intent modelling to name a few.
* You’ll support the wider Marketing team in developing and delivering marketing plans through insights across all digital channels.
* You’ll be working with the relevant teams (CRO and UX amongst others) to improve the customer experience with the intention of improving goal conversion.
What you’ll have:
* Previous experience in a similar role digital/data analyst delivering web analytics and tag management on the agency or client side.
* Competent skills in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Looker Data Studio (or similar tools).
* Skilled in Web Analytics, Tag Management systems and Data storytelling.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to accurately gather requirements and collaborate with different teams.
* Awareness of privacy & compliance tools (e.g. OneTrust) – beneficial but not essential.
* Genuine passion for digital and data and stays up to date with industry trends and best practices to enhance analytics capabilities.
