In the role, you’ll be responsible for providing first contact and safeguarding clients during your shift, including dealing with any emergencies.
Location: Kings Lynn
You’ll undertake regular health and safety / maintenance checks on patrols and monitor the CCTV system. You will also have responsibility for maintaining a full and accurate log of events, reporting on incidents and any maintenance issues.
As such, we require someone who has good communication skills and an understanding of the issues that affect vulnerable clients. You will need to be able to interact in a positive and friendly manner with people with mental health needs.
You should have the ability to use your initiative; to identify the appropriate action to take in various situations.
You’ll also be expected to be punctual, awake and alert at all times during your shift and act with integrity, within our policies and procedures.
Full support and training is available.
Be alert and vigilant during the shift and ensure that residents, staff and the entire building are safe and secure.

Pay: £12.00 per hour
