We are looking to recruit an all-round Buying Office Assistant / Administrator for one of our well established clients based in Tameside.
Some duties include but are not limited to:
* Sourcing suppliers
* Carry out stock checks and monitoring stock levels to ensure adequate supplies are available at all times
* Creating new suppliers on system
* Maintain an accurate and up-to-date ERP
* Deal with any internal purchasing
* Creating reports
* Organizing travel/hotel expenses as required
* Dealing with the supply of internal workwear/expenses as needed
What else you need to know:
* Full-time hours Monday to Friday – 35 per week
* 20 days hols plus stats, rising 1 per year up to 25 days.
