Registered Nurse - Learning Disabilities Location: Great Yarmouth Salary: Up to £55,411 per annum (Based on a 48-hour working week) Are you a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse with experience in supporting individuals with learning disabilities? We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled nurse to join our team at a leading Learning Disability Centre based in Great Yarmouth. About the Role: As a Registered Nurse in our Learning Disability Centre, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care to individuals with learning disabilities, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care and support, helping residents lead fulfilling lives in a safe and nurturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent nursing care for individuals with learning disabilities, ensuring their needs are met with dignity and respect. Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and administer medication as required. Monitor and evaluate the health and well-being of residents, making adjustments to care plans as needed. Work alongside a supportive team of healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care. Provide advice, support, and guidance to residents and their families. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards of care. The Ideal Candidate: Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid NMC pin. Experience in learning disabilities nursing is desirable, but not essential. Compassionate, patient, and committed to making a positive difference in the lives of people with learning disabilities.
