An established client of ours in the Technology sector is looking for an IT Technician to join their internal IT department on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for being the first point of contact for clients, providing first-line technical support, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving queries with a professional and customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the first point of contact for customers seeking IT support.
2. Support Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
3. Log, prioritise, and categorise tickets in the Autotask ticketing system.
4. Provide troubleshooting and remote support.
5. Travel to client sites when remote troubleshooting is not sufficient.
6. Perform hardware installations, network troubleshooting, and system diagnostics on-site.
