Clarus Education is working with a fantastic Secondary school, seeking an Experienced Teaching Assistant for a Long-Term, Full-Time role starting in September 2024.

About the Role – Experienced Teaching Assistant:
* KS3 or KS4 Experienced Teaching Assistant
* 5 days a week, 8:30am until 4:00pm
* Providing support to the class teacher in the day-to-day running of learning
* Leading activities with a small group of children
* Working with children of all abilities
* Great experience for a career in Teaching, Psychology, Youth, or Social Work

* Based in Ealing – West London
The Ideal Candidate – Experienced Teaching Assistant:
* 2:1 or higher degree from a reputable university or experience in TA work
* Creative, team player, and motivated
* Experience working in a child-related setting
* Understanding of the UK curriculum and education system
* Enjoys working with and developing children’s learning
* Willing to participate in new training and learn from others
* A positive role model to children showing strong English and Maths
