We’re looking for a Service Assistant to join us at Kingston Lacy, to help busy teams throughout our visitor operations. This role is primarily to help with car parking at our site.
Salary: £12.25/hour
Contract/duration: This is an hourly role, fixed term until 31st December 2025
Hours/working pattern/hours: This role is an hourly paid, fixed term role. Wherever possible we aim to offer a consistent working pattern, but we’re looking for flexibility as it may be necessary for us to alter this pattern from time to time to suit the needs of the business. We’d give you as much notice of this as possible. Weekends & School holidays as required. A typical day would be 9am-3pm but times may be flexible.
For this role, you’ll need to complete our online assessment instead of using a C.V. or online application form. This will help us understand more about your strengths and give you more information on the role.

Reporting to the Welcome Manager, you’ll be part of a team of Service Assistants working at Kingston Lacy.
What you'll be doing
The core part of your job is to give vital and positive support to your colleagues, wherever you’re needed, with a focus on greeting and helping visitors.
The main task for this role is to assist with car parking on our busiest days. This will involve working as part of a team of car parkers, directing and stewarding cars into our car park, ensuring they are parked efficiently to allow for maximum capacity.
There may be occasions where you will be asked to work in other areas of the property.
