German speaking Customer Service and Sales Support

Salary: up to £28,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities
Main duties:
1. To respond to all new and existing customer enquiries via email and phone.
2. Provide product information as requested.
3. Be responsible for sale orders, credit requests, product availability, and shipping information.
4. Keep records up to date.
5. Liaise with suppliers as needed.
6. Support the sales team by providing information to the customers, sending out samples, and preparing price lists.
7. Work alongside the marketing team for new product launches including translations.
8. Attend meetings as required.
Candidate's Profile
1. Fluent in German (written and spoken) essential.
2. Experience in Customer service desirable.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Proactive, solution-driven, and ability to work as part of a team.
5. IT literate.
