Join our dynamic and enthusiastic People Services team as a People Services Coordinator! We're a fast-paced, forward-thinking group passionate about delivering exceptional support across the organisation—while always putting people first. You'll thrive in an environment that values collaboration, wellbeing, and flexibility, where no two days are the same and every contribution makes an impact. If you're energised by variety, innovation, love working with people, and want to grow in a team that truly supports each other, we’d love to hear from you!
This is a pivotal role at the heart of our People Services team, where you'll coordinate, administer, and process every stage of the colleague lifecycle. From supporting recruitment and onboarding, to managing contract changes and payroll information, through to offboarding and arranging exit interviews—you’ll play a crucial part in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all our colleagues. It’s a varied and rewarding role where your attention to detail and people-first approach will make a real difference every day.
We're looking for someone with experience in an HR administration role—or similar—who’s confident working with HR or CRM systems and thrives in a busy, ever-evolving environment. You'll bring a keen eye for detail, a positive approach to learning new processes, and the flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities. If you’re naturally organised, proactive, and ready to grow your skills, you’ll fit right in. Experience in minute-taking is a bonus, but if you’re eager to learn, we’re happy to provide training.
To apply, please complete our application form in full via our careers website (see link below). As we use anonymous recruitment and do not accept CVs, it’s really important that you provide as much detail as possible in your application. We’re keen to understand your interest in the role and how you meet the requirements, so please make full use of the spaces provided to tell us about your experience, skills, and what makes you a great fit for our team.
