Role Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE to join the Private Client team. You will manage a varied caseload, including:
* Drafting Wills and Powers of Attorney
* Tax planning and estate administration
* Court of Protection applications
* Trusts and succession planning
You will also have the chance to engage in business development initiatives and grow your expertise.
Requirement
* Experience in private client matters, including estate planning and administration
* Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
* STEP qualification or a willingness to work towards it (preferred)
