Manage a food service operation, ensuring efficient meal preparation and delivery to meet dietary requirements and budget constraints.
* Hours: 2pm - 8pm (or 3pm-8pm, 1pm -7pm, ideally 2-8pm)
* Prepare and serve 26 meals per day, including main courses and desserts
* Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checks and paperwork
* Meet dietary requirements and ensure food safety
* Manage food stock and ordering, including utilizing donated food from local organizations
* Plan and prepare food for weekends and special events
