Our mission is simple: End Cyber Risk and we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner for a 12 month fixed term contract to be a part of making this happen.
Position Overview and Objective
The Talent Acquisition Partner is a hands-on strategic and creative leader supporting all aspects of the talent acquisition process.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties
1. Partner with hiring managers to develop position descriptions and target sourcing strategies.
2. Utilise in-house and vendor managed recruitment tools to source candidates.
3. Develop processes to manage and screen high applicant volume.
4. Engage applicants and move them efficiently through the screening and selection process.
5. Analyse trends and adapt processes to meet target metrics on time to hire, cost to hire, and applicant quality.
6. Collaborate on training and manager enablement regarding best hiring practices.
7. Participate in efforts focused on maintaining and leveraging "Best Place to Work" creed.

1. Independent judgement and ability to deliver results and work out contingency plans with minimal direction or supervision.
2. Ability to quickly understand and adopt technology and processes related to talent acquisition.

Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree, Human Resource or Business coursework desirable.
2. Prior experience in talent acquisition.
Preferred Qualifications
1. 2-3+ years in HR with experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner is strongly preferred.
