You will demonstrate a thorough knowledge and ability to drive productivity, turnover and profitability. You will be able to understand, plan and execute financial targets, plans for sales, profit and staff development. Lead and manage all departments, including Reception, Sales, Food and Beverage, Leisure Club and Maintenance team. The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in a similar role in a 4 or 5 establishment is a must Natural leader and commercially astute, with strong organisational and problem-solving skills. Passionate about customer service using a genuine and approachable manner. Confident communicator with the ability to lead and develop a team of approximately 50 employees and influence across all areas of the business. Hands on approach and take proactive role with departmental managers in order to identify and support needs at all levels.
