Position : Receptionist (Administration & Office Support)

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a full-time Sales Administrator / Receptionist. This role will support our Sales Department on a 12-month maternity leave contract, with potential for extension upon contract completion.
This role is required to work Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30 pm, Tuesday and Thursday starting at 8.15am, and every 3rd Saturday from 9.00 am to 12 noon at our Traralgon Office.
Ideally, you will be an experienced administrator who values clients and excels in nurturing relationships. We are seeking someone enthusiastic, mature, and eager to take charge of the day-to-day administrative and marketing needs of the sales team and be the first point of call to assist our clients.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for :
1. First point of call - Meet and Greet Clients
2. Answering and directing high volumes of calls to Rental and Sales Teams
3. Handling & addressing sales enquiries via email and phone
4. Receipting Rental Payments and Sales deposits
5. Processing Sales Administration and managing listing files
6. Assisting with advertising properties for sales online
7. Liaising with trades, brokers, solicitors, and key external stakeholders
8. General Office Administration / Reception Duties
You will be self-motivated, highly organised with impeccable personal presentation, enjoy fun and laughter, and have a keen eye for detail.
Other essential skills and attributes include :
1. Current Cert 4 in Real Estate Practice (Agent Representative) highly desired or willingness to undertake accreditation will be considered
2. Preference given to those with strong administrative experience (Ideally 2 to 3 years)
3. Current Police Check
4. Must have strong computer skills and experience working in a professional environment
5. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
6. Confident telephone manner
7. Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service
8. Excellent time management, organizing, and prioritizing skills
9. Enjoy the fast-paced and dynamic atmosphere
