The International Training Fellow position is a 2-year training in haematology under the Royal College of Physicians (RCP) Medical Training Initiative (MTI) scheme. The post offers a flexible role tailored to the candidate’s interests, involving collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities include:
1. Clinical duties across inpatient and outpatient settings
2. Participation in audits
3. Appraisals
4. Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
5. Administrative tasks
The fellow will rotate monthly through Myeloid, Lymphoid, Haemostasis & Thrombosis, and Laboratory/Transfusion specialties, with structured orientation and induction programs.
