Responsibilities:

1. Locum Occupational Therapist to work within Community OT Service.
2. Initially 3 months with an option to extend to 6 months.
3. Full time posts, 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
4. The posts will be based in Perth City offering intervention to individual residents across Perth and Kinross.
5. A car driver is essential as there will be a requirement to travel between geographical localities.
6. We offer a hybrid & flexible working approach to support a modern way of working.
7. We are looking for Locum OTs with experience in a community setting who can undertake comprehensive assessments and rehabilitation in order to improve a person's quality of life.
8. You will support minor and major adaptations, and undertake equipment provision, specialist seating assessments and moving with dignity assessments and reviews to assist individuals to achieve their optimum level of independence in the community.
9. You will work closely with other Occupational Therapy colleagues in the integrated team, as well as our other community colleagues such as Social workers, GPs, Community Nursing, care providers and voluntary sector.
