Part Time 20 hrs. 3 days per week - 2 Weekends per month.

So, who are we looking for?
Someone looking for a part-time role in an exciting new site, working closely with the Resident Experience Manager to deliver outstanding customer service.
You will be a confident customer service-led individual, who understands how to deliver exceptional service. You will know how to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all residents and have the ability to address concerns and prioritise your day’s events.
You will champion maintaining high standards; this will apply to the site presentation, customer communication, resident safety and having some knowledge of managing maintenance and repair activities.
And what will you be doing?
No two days are the same, but the below gives you a flavour of some of the tasks you’d typically be involved with:
1. Managing warm leads and requests for viewings and organising lettings.
2. Registering applications, referencing prospective tenants, checking ID and running immigration / Right-to-Rent checks.
3. Negotiating move-in dates and ensuring the property is up to standard beforehand.
4. Negotiating tenancy renewals and rent increases.
5. Ensure all legislation is met before each let - EPC, legionnaires, gas safety, electrical safety, smoke and monoxide detector.
6. Be part of planning and organising community events and activities that cater to the diverse interests and needs of the residents.
7. Act as the primary point of contact for residents regarding inquiries, concerns and feedback.
8. Oversee the use and maintenance of community amenities such as the gym, common areas and recreational facilities.
9. Re-let marketing activities, including listing the property on the relevant portals, arranging and conducting viewings and negotiating offers.
10. Undertake re-let check-in inventory, check-out inspections and both interim property and site inspections.
11. Manage post and parcel strategies for residents, including the use of digital parcel facilities.
12. Maintaining the property and ensuring regular building upkeep, addressing tenant complaints, liaising with contractors to arrange regular service visits and adhoc repairs.
