Overview Teamwork Partnership Ltd is currently recruiting for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join one of our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be crucial in supporting the sales department by managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and facilitating effective communication between various stakeholders. This position requires a strong organisational mindset and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities The main focus for the role is Produce Sales & Stock Control. The day-to-day role, will encompass Keeping a close eye on Produce orders (new and amended) Updated te production team with these requests and placing the orders onto the NAV system. As well as produce orders, Packaging Stock control is a crucial part of the business. Completing 3 x stock takes a week, tracking stock levels and placing orders well enough in advance so that the production operation isnt stalled. This will require communications with the Transport department to arrange collections of ordered packaging stock. 5 Days 8.5 hours/day (Lunch break 30 mins unpaid) Hours 07:00 to 16:00 1 in 3 Saturday approx. 5.5 hrs 2 Sundays in December pre Christmas peak Once embedded in the role, there will be a requirement for absence cover for the Transport team. This is secondary and will not be a requirement until the Sales Admin & Stock Controll role is fully operating. Whilst there are peaks and troughs throughout the year based on season changes and requirement, Christmas is undoubtedly our business time of the year. The fresh produce industry operates 24/7 for 2 weeks in December where all members of staff are required. The successful candidate must have: Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook and Word. Familiarity with Sage or similar software is advantageous. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to priorities tasks effectively. Strong time management skills to meet deadlines in a busy environment. Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not essential.
