Kennedys is seeking a dedicated Litigation Assistant/Executive to manage cases involving suspected fraudulent casualty claims. This role primarily focuses on casualty claims but may also encompass property, travel, and first-party fraud claims. As a Litigation Assistant/Executive in this position, you will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations into suspected fraudulent activities, gathering and analysing evidence, and preparing detailed reports. You will work closely with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all claims are handled efficiently and effectively. Your role will also involve collaborating with legal and forensic experts to build strong cases and participating in court proceedings when necessary. Team Kennedys' Fraud Team specialises in advising on cross-client organized and complex fraud investigations. The team's work encompasses managing and coordinating litigation, developing investigation strategies, and safeguarding individual client interests. They collaborate closely with industry bodies such as the Insurance Fraud Bureau (IFB), regulators, and the police to ensure comprehensive and effective fraud management. The Fraud Team is dedicated to building robust counter-fraud strategies aimed at detecting and challenging fraudulent claims. They focus on implementing best practices, streamlining processes, and establishing measures to deter and prevent fraud. By leveraging their expertise and industry connections, the team ensures that clients receive top-tier support and guidance in navigating the complexities of fraud investigations Clients Large composite Insurers London Market Insurers Self-insured companies EL/PL and motor insurers Corporates Transport operators and contractors Cases Suspected fraudulent claims and handling all aspects of EL/PL/OL claims. Both pre-litigation and litigated files.
