The Role: As a Partnership Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining and managing key initiatives across our most significant retail partnerships. You will have an holistic view of change across the partner proposition, encompassing, Risk, Finance, CX and any IT impacting change and be able to communicate this affectively to multiple stakeholder levels. You'll be experienced in delivering complex digital projects, resilient to project pressures, and willing to get into the detail to make things happen. Key Responsibilities: Engaging with key stakeholders from across the business to embed the partnership, including our legal, risk & compliance teams Man manage the project teams or work streams on a day to day basis to ensure required products are produced and delivered as specified/defined via the work packages or work assigned to ensure specific project deliverables are delivered as agreed Supporting the product/business owner with senior management engagement, including partnership input into business cases, presentations and EXCO material Liaise with and hold checkpoint meetings with project / work stream team plus clients, partners, third parties and stakeholders, ensuring an effective and professional customer/provider relationship is established and maintained Prepare status reports, specialist reports and exception reports as necessary Manage key stakeholders and adapt approach and stance in dealing with changing circumstances Skills & Attributes: PRINCE 2 Project Management Methodology and Agile Project Management Experience of working within a matrix management programme and Business as Usual (BaU) environment Proven experience of managing multiple, complex, large-scale programmes and projects at any one time Self-starter who will work on own initiative and drives others Excellent stakeholder management skills Proven budget control and cost management What's in it for you?
