We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Property Valuer for the Southampton area. This is an out and about business development role where your primary responsibilities will be to gain instructions from estate agents, conduct photoshoots of new properties coming on the market, pitching for business, helping grow the portfolio and conduct viewings. You will, therefore, need to be able to live within this area and demonstrate at least three years of proven success within this market. In return, you will be provided with a basic salary of £25,000 and 10% commission on all instructions that you take on. Annual earnings should be in the region of £40,000 - £50,000. The role of the Property Valuer can include but is not limited to: · Identifying and canvassing sources of new auction listings · Identify and progress both new and internal leads · Listing and selling houses through auctions · You will provide in-depth product/service knowledge · Stay connected with existing clients, both in person and by telephone · Manage and lead sales progression process Qualifications - Strong communication skills- Knowledge of real estate and/or auction processes and procedures- Ability to engage and interact with bidders effectively- Understanding of legal regulations and requirements in real estate and/or auctioneering- Experience in conducting auctions and managing bidding processes- Certification or training in real estate and/or auctioneering practices
