Account Manager - Pensions / Financial Services
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Salisbury. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage own portfolio of clients, handling all aspects of account management from initial contact to ongoing service delivery.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to grow their business and increase revenue.
* Respond to client inquiries, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
* Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted campaigns.
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular updates to senior management.
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum + hybrid working + 4-day week after probationary period.
