Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Care Services Team Leader to join a Learnign Disability Supported Living Service owned by Leciestershire Council on an initial 3-6 month temporary contract. We’re looking for a compassionate, organised and forward-thinking Care Services Team Leader to help lead the delivery of high-quality support for adults with learning disabilities across our Community Life Choices, Short Breaks, Supported Living and Residential Care services. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support a team of care staff to deliver outstanding care and support Oversee daily operations, staff rotas, and ensure effective shift planning Support the development and delivery of personalised care plans Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with CQC standards Promote safeguarding, health and safety, and positive risk-taking Build strong relationships with service users, families and external agencies Champion continuous improvement and a person-centred culture What you'll bring: Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent experience) Proven experience managing or supervising care teams Strong knowledge of safeguarding, the Care Act, and CQC standards A flexible, hands-on approach to leadership and service delivery Commitment to equality, dignity and person-centred planning If this role would be of interest to you, please apply with an up to date CV as soon as possible
