This role is a Hybrid role & requires regular travel (3 days per week) to our offices in Sunbury (2 days are remote working).
We are seeking an out-going and hardworking professional to support our HR & Recruitment team with recruiting and onboarding activities. Reporting to the HR Manager, the role will play an integral part in supporting our Recruitment & HR team with daily administration tasks. This will be an excellent opportunity for someone who wishes to learn and build a career as an internal recruiter.
Responsibilities include:
* Manage the offer process including drafting contracts and issuing offer packs
* Manage the onboarding process including all associated admin tasks
* Conduct background and reference checks
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure everything is ready for the new starter on their first day i.e. Fleet, IT, Workwear
* Maintain precise and up-to-date recruitment activity records
* Coordination of probation periods with line managers
* Coordinate the monthly Company induction attendance
* Assist with direct sourcing to identify talent pipelines
* Prepare recruitment materials and post job adverts to appropriate job boards etc
* Support the Recruiters to proactively find and engage high-quality, divers candidates directly from various channels
* Conduct screening calls with candidates
