About the Graduate Programme
At Wintech, you’ll get to work with and learn from some of the most talented and experienced professionals in the industry. You’ll be learning every day, from theory to building consultancy skills, being proactive and adapting quickly to different types of work. During the programme, you will rotate around our various departments, including facades consultancy, design, structural, fire, and M&E.
We offer graduates a competitive starting salary of £23,810, with a guaranteed increase after one year to £25,810, and upon completion of the two-year programme, you will receive a salary of £28,810 plus a permanent contract.
What we need from you
We value an inquisitive nature, a resourceful mindset, and an insatiable thirst for knowledge. The majority of your time on the programme will be spent in our Head Office, on the outskirts of Wolverhampton; however, the ability to travel to our other UK locations from time to time may also be required.
You can apply if you meet the following criteria:
1. You will need to have obtained at least a 2:1 in an Architectural, Mechanical/Electrical, or a similar engineering degree discipline, and have graduated by August 2024. Please note, we are unable to accept other degree subjects, as an engineering background is required to complete this programme.
2. You must be a home (UK) student.
3. You must be available to start on Monday 1st September 2025, in our Wolverhampton office.
