The Programme Support Officer is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Collaborative’s EPR Programme office, ensuring that an assigned Workstream project delivery is effectively monitored and reported through the governance processes using the agreed governance. This includes reporting and tracking milestones for all programmes and projects ongoing within the Collaborative, ensuring updates are received from all owners and following up if required.
This role is responsible for correct reporting of risks and issues, decisions, and effective escalation processes across the assigned Workstream, ensuring accuracy and correctness, and challenging where appropriate. The role takes responsibility for the effective creation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the assigned Workstream processes, procedures, and tools, and ensuring Quality Assurance on assigned Workstream documentation.
