Higher Level Teaching Assistant
We're looking for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team at Brookthorpe Hall School, part of Options Autism. As a key member of our close-knit team, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of our pupils.
The ideal candidate will be qualified to Higher Level Teaching Assistant standard and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You'll work collaboratively with our experienced teaching staff to provide support to pupils in the classroom and beyond.
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include preparing learning materials, running classroom activities, and supervising pupils during outdoor experiences. You'll also have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience through ongoing training and professional development.

Brookthorpe Hall School is a new independent specialist day school for boys and girls aged 7-16, catering for pupils with a wide range of needs, including SEMH/ASD/Complex trauma.
