Knowledge of Intelligent Office and tools such as Selecta Pension, Cash Calc, and Dynamic Planner is a plus Job Responsibilities Supporting Financial Advisers by processing applications for Investment, Pensions and Protection products. Managing client records on our CRM system (Intelligent Office) and maintaining compliance standards. Preparing documentation for client meetings and following up on any required actions Liaising with providers to gather information and ensure timelines are met Organising and scheduling client reviews in line with service agreements Acting as a reliable point of contact for clients, addressing non-advice queries, and keeping them updated on their cases
