A healthcare facility in Preston is seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join their extensive clinical and nursing team. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with day and night shifts available.
Salary: £36,176 - £38,596 + enhancements

This independent mental health hospital is situated in lush green grounds, easily accessible from the M6 and M55, and with free parking available on-site. The hospital specializes in the management and treatment of patients experiencing acute mental health crises. It also has a specialized unit for patients with eating disorders. The hospital works in partnership with the NHS to deliver high-quality outcomes for all patients and is known for providing excellent care with a strong clinical and nursing team.
As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, responsibilities will include:
1. Delivering high-quality, service user-focused care
2. Participating in the development of new services and care pathways
3. Supporting the local implementation of the Group Nursing Strategy
4. Engaging in continuous quality improvement within the service
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications & Abilities:
1. Registered nurse (RMN) with an active NMC PIN and at least 12 months of post-qualifying experience
2. Relevant clinical experience
3. A positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement, and quality
4. Ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practice
5. Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
