Role: Sales Administrator
Duration: 6-month fixed-term contract (potential extension)
Location: Office-based
Start: January 2025
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage customer inquiries about products, services, and order status
2. Maintain accurate customer records and information systems
3. Support sales quotations for new projects
4. Coordinate with manufacturing and material control departments
5. Process and track sales orders
6. Handle service exchanges, repairs, and spare parts orders
7. Support warranty claim system
8. Manage back-to-back ordering from Germany
9. Provide flexible support for additional company projects
Required Skills
1. Technical mechanical sales admin background
2. Strong customer service experience
3. Commercial awareness
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Proficient in Excel and Word
6. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Work Schedule
- Full-time: 36.5 hours per week
- Monday to Thursday: 08:30-16:30
- Friday: 08:30-15:30
Compensation
- Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (dependent on experience)
