* Designing and implementing attractive UI screens and elements, ensuring alignment with player feedback
* Developing and optimizing UX flow in conjunction with the game design specifications
* Iterating on and finalizing UI assets to prepare them for implementation
* Following and maintaining the visual style, ensuring a high level of consistency across interfaces
* Improving the product in accordance with market demands and trends
* Conducting UI/UX analysis of competitor games
What kind of professional are we looking for?
* 5+ years of experience in UI/UX, 2+ years working on mobile game projects
Hard Skills:
* Experience creating midcore mobile interfaces
* (must have a portfolio)
* Extensive experience in developing UI/UX in Figma
* Confident knowledge of the basics of UX flow and the ability to build UX flow
* Strong ability to structure information and establish a clear visual hierarchy
* Ability to conceptualize UI, offer different options, and argue for solutions
* Understanding of the basics of 2D drawing and the ability to work with vectors in Figma and Photoshop
* Basic understanding of interface workflow in Unity
* Knowledge of iOS and Android design guidelines, understanding of usability principles, application in practice
* Basic knowledge of typography, color science, composition, infographics, grid system
* Creativity and artistic sense
* Understanding of demands and trends in the casual mobile game market
What we'd like:
* Ability to draw 2D art
* Confident interface layout skills in Unity as well as knowledge of layout techniques and resource optimization
* Background as a Game Artist, Graphic Designer, or Marketing Artist
