We require our Complex Delivery Network Engineer candidates to possess experience in a combination of technologies including:
1. Cisco Routing and Switching (Cisco ACI, NXOS, Arista, ASR, CSR, CSP, EVPN, NDFC, and Cisco campus Wi-Fi)
2. F5 Load Balancers (LTM, GTM, iRules, Policies, Client/Server TLS, mutual authentication, troubleshooting API/HTTP calls)
3. Fortinet FortiGate, including FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer, and Cisco Firepower/ASA.
Additionally, highly valued skills and certifications include:
1. Juniper Routing and Switching
2. Bluecoat / Symantec Proxy / zScaler / Infoblox / Forescout / NetScaler
3. Cisco Certified (minimum CCNP Enterprise)
4. FortiGate Associate or Professional
5. F5 LTM/GTM at 'Certified Technical Specialist' or equivalent level (one or multiple of these certifications)
As a Complex Delivery Network Engineer, you will be expected to:
1. Create designs in line with current architecture guidelines and ensure documentation is fit for purpose.
2. Ensure compliance with all network disciplines including participation in governance, change management, and risk/audit requirements.
3. Establish and nurture profitable partnerships with corporate and individual clients, acting as the bridge between our bank's offerings and their needs.
4. Manage client relationships to identify their financial goals, challenges, and risk tolerance, supporting the analysis of data from various sources.
5. Research and understand clients’ industry trends, regulatory landscapes, and competitive environments to inform strategic recommendations.
6. Design customized solutions that address clients' specific needs and objectives, integrating a range of products and services from our portfolio.
7. Communicate the value proposition of proposed solutions and negotiate terms beneficial for both the client and the bank.
8. Provide guidance to clients on financial decisions, offering expert investment advice, risk management, and wealth management strategies.
9. Assess financial, legal, and operational risks associated with client relationships, implementing measures to minimize potential losses.
10. Document all client interactions and transactions to ensure transparency and auditability, and communicate findings effectively.
11. Monitor client satisfaction, revenue generated, and relevant metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of relationship management efforts.
