What you'll be doing: To support in the management of day to day transactional queries and data management for the Group Expense Management team (a management accounting function) along with posting journals and reporting on the transactional data. Key Responsibilities: Assist with monthly balance sheet reconciliation controls and updating budget trackers Help with Invoice/PO queries Assist in the continued evolution of the department's internal reporting using Power BI Actuals, forecasts and budgets across the expense base are accounted for in the correct expense types Posting regular monthly journals for low/high volume transactions Providing ad-hoc support across the department when required. Who we're looking for: You will have some previous experience of working in a finance team within a corporate setting, who is looking for their next opportunity to join a busy team in a varied role within a leading Financial Services business.
