A leading architecture firm is seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to lead and execute dynamic marketing strategies across diverse sectors. Key Responsibilities Content Strategy: Manage a comprehensive calendar of external content, including press releases, website content, social media, award submissions, newsletters, and reports. Promotional Materials: Coordinate the development of marketing collateral such as brochures and videos, liaising with external agencies where necessary. Events and Networking: Plan and manage events, exhibitions, and corporate hospitality; represent the company at industry events and overnight conferences (including international opportunities). Brand Management: Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency and quality across all channels while exploring opportunities for growth. Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Head of Marketing on annual marketing strategies, budgets, and performance benchmarking. Team Leadership: Provide mentorship and training to junior marketing staff. Business Development Support: Prepare bid documents, credentials, and presentations, and assist with new business initiatives. Essential Skills and Qualifications A degree in Marketing, English, Media, Business Studies, or a related discipline. At least 3 years of experience in a full-time marketing role. Exceptional written communication skills. Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Illustrator is a plus. Strong organisational and budgeting capabilities. Confident and proactive, with excellent interpersonal skills.
