Full Details:
1. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently processing tasks and activities related to inbound shipments, including containers, trucks, and parcels within the Warehouse Department.
2. Your daily tasks will include preparing and printing inbound documents and pallet labels, supporting key initiatives to improve efficiency in the documentation handling process, and reviewing systems and processes to enhance departmental performance.
3. You will also provide assistance to the Warehouse Manager as needed, maintain stock levels instructed by the site manager, monitor the WMS system, and provide weekly reports to the warehouse supervisor and managers.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. To be successful in this role, you should have prior experience in warehousing or fulfilment centres.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and excellent written and oral communication skills are a must.
3. We are looking for candidates who can work independently, demonstrate strong initiative, and thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
4. Prior experience in administration would be preferable, and the ability to work well under pressure is essential.
