We are currently seeking passionate and experienced Teaching Assistants to join our team on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a classroom setting. Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and support the learning and development of SEN students. Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents. Support students in developing social skills and managing behaviour Requirements: Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in the education sector within the UK. Experience working with students with SEN is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
