An established Housing Developer is seeking a permanent Site Manager for a project in Coventry. The project involves new build houses for open market sale and housing association. There is potential for progression to Project Manager as a new site is set to commence.
Job Duties:
1. Oversee the construction site from start to finish
2. Manage subcontractors and coordinate construction activities
3. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
4. Monitor project progress and quality of work
5. Report to the Project Manager
Required Qualifications:
1. SMSTS certification
2. CSCS card
3. Valid First Aid certification
4. Full UK Driving Licence
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in site management within the construction industry
Knowledge and Skills:
1. Strong understanding of new build housing processes and NHBC
2. Excellent leadership and communication skills
3. Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
4. Proficient in project planning and problem-solving
