Senior Recruitment / Managing Consultant

London (Hybrid)
Salary:
Basic upto £55k and double + OTE (uncapped)
We would welcome candidates with minimum 2 years experience as a 360 senior tech/digital contract recruiter - covering corporate sectors.

They are looking for people with a passion for the digital market who provide an exquisite recruitment service for both candidates and clients. Ideally you will have contract experience across the Tech sector working in a full 360 capacity
Responsibilities:
* Be an expert at identifying technical talent for clients
* Build a universe of digital candidates and clients
* Source candidates for roles that are picked up by yourself or other members of the team
* Manage candidates through the entire recruitment process
* Identify and actively develop potential new clients
* Identifying potential new clients, to pick up roles both for yourself and your team
* End to end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, through to post placement follow up
* Act as a mentor, leader and brand ambassador both internally and externally
